Egg Handling & Storage: Farm fresh eggs have a natural protective coating called a bloom. For longest freshness, don't wash until ready to use. Unwashed eggs can be stored at room temperature for several weeks or refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. Washed eggs should be refrigerated and will last 2 months.
